Since we do not offer custom jewelry, all products are standard catalogue items.

1. Eligibility for Returns
House of Vaelora accepts returns under the following conditions:
The return request is raised within 7 of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and accessories.
The product must be in the same condition in which it was received.
Non-returnable items:
Damaged items caused by improper handling or wear and tear.
Items bought during clearance or final sale (optional).
2. Return Process

Provide your order number and reason for return. Product photos may be requested for verification.
Once the return is approved, a pickup will be arranged by House of Vaelora.
The item must be securely packed in its original packaging for pickup.
Return Pickup Charges:
Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if the product is not damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the product received was damaged or incorrect, pickup will be free of charge.
Return shipping charges:
Customer is responsible for return courier charges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide unboxing video/photos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.
Refund may be declined if:
